Zazen on High is a small Zen Buddhist community practicing in Columbus, Ohio. The community (sangha) meets weekly on Sunday mornings for meditation in the Diamond Sangha tradition. We are guided by our teacher, Daniel Terragno Roshi, through occasional visits and communication. In sitting as a group, as well as individually, we work towards waking up to one's true nature and developing the awareness, compassion, insight, and presence to live courageously and responsibly.
The sangha takes part in regular spring and fall sesshins (meditation retreats) with the Zen sangha at the Yellow Springs Dharma Center.
